Acceptance cannot be confirmed until all materials requested below are received to complete your file.

• Application – with photograph.
• Spiritual Commitment recommendation – from your pastor, asst. pastor, or others qualified to comment on your spiritual commitment.
• Sound and/or Light Supplemental

• Sound and/or Light Recommendation – from teachers or others qualified to comment on your technical abilities.
